Cauliflower Tater Tots. 1 large head cauliflower 1 large egg 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese 1 T/s Deer Valley Oomph* (seasoning) Spread onto a cookie sheet and bake @400 degrees (F.) for approximately 20 minutes, or until a nice crispy brown on the edges.
