Rhubarb Custard Bars: My Mom Darlene started making these a couple years ago. I looked up the recipe today and made them. They are sooooo yummy. Very tart, which I love. I eat on a plate with a fork like a dessert. My boys love it too! My current favorite rhubarb recipe!
